TT&A advised and represented both Carrier Global Corporation and Viessmann Group GmbH & Co. KG in relation to the (i) acquisition of Viessmann Climate Solutions SE and its subsidiaries by Carrier; and (ii) the acquisition of a minority shareholding in Carrier by Viessmann HoldCo.

The matter involved an assessment of notifying the transaction between two global players in the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) industry through green channel route. Given the minimal presence of Viessmann HoldCo and its climate solutions business in India, TT&A undertook a successful PFC with the CCI and secured a green channel filing for the transaction.
