We also assist clients in the renewable energy, airports, roads and transmission sectors on debt transactions including project financing and bond issuance (both domestic and international) and have advised on a number of green bonds issued internationally by Indian renewable energy producers.

Our team is experienced in advising and working with the Central and State Governments, PSUs as well as multilaterals such as NITI Aayog, IFC, ADB, NHAI and CIDCO on large scale infrastructure projects, through procurement and bid advisory, structuring concessions and implementation of PPP projects in sectors such as roads and highways, metro rail, airports, ports and power (including renewables).

We are actively engaged with clients such as O2 Power, Acciona, ReNew and Statkraft on project development and implementation matters and advise them on PPAs, EPC and O&M agreements.
