EXPERIENCE

Ambarish is a part of the banking and finance practice at TT&A with extensive experience in advising domestic and international banks, financial institutions, and multilateral lending agencies.

Ambarish regularly advises clients on domestic and cross-border financings, project finance (across various sectors such as power, airports, and highways) and debt instruments. He also advises clients on restructuring of their existing debt exposure.

Ambarish was recognised as a ‘Notable Practitioner’ for banking & finance, restructuring & insolvency by IFLR1000 and The Legal 500.

Prior to moving to TT&A in August 2022, Ambarish worked as a partner at AZB & Partners at their Delhi office.
