EXPERIENCE

Ambarish is a Partner in the banking and finance practice at TT&A with extensive experience in advising domestic and international banks, financial institutions, and multilateral lending agencies.

Ambarish regularly advises clients on domestic and cross-border financings, project finance (across various sectors such as power, airports, and highways) and on structured finance deals. He also advises clients on restructuring and insolvency related matters (including under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code).

Ambarish is ranked by international journals like Legal500, IFLR1000 and AsiaLaw Profile for banking & finance, restructuring & insolvency.

Prior to moving to TT&A in August 2022, Ambarish worked as a partner at AZB & Partners at their Delhi office
