Pallavi Meena is a Partner in the banking and finance and project finance practice at TT&A with wide experience in domestic and international financings across the various sectors like infrastructure, financial services, manufacturing, plastic recycling, agriculture, horticulture, logistics, amongst others. With approximately 20 years of experience, she has earned a reputation as a highly regarded lawyer for both domestic as well as cross border financings (including structured offshore guarantee transactions). Apart from corporate financings, including debenture issuances, Pallavi also has extensive experience and expertise in handling project financings, particularly in the renewables sector. In the recent past, she has worked on various standalone solar, hybrid and FDRE project financings where apart from transactional advice, she has assisted her clients in navigating and mitigating various sectoral issues including connectivity issues and requirements flowing from the project finance regulations. She advises several developmental financial institutions, multilaterals and international commercial banks and counts them amongst her key and long-standing clients.
