Dushyant Bagga is a Partner in the Corporate/M&A practice at TT&A with more than 18 years of wide experience in advising Indian and international clients on matters across various sectors including healthcare, renewable (including platform level deals), education, insurance, technology, e-mobility, fintech, retail, space tech amongst others.

His market leading experience includes advising on M&A, PE and Employment matters. He regularly advises private equity investors, venture capital, DFI’s along with global and domestic organisations on various corporate and commercial matters including fund raises, which involves, among other things, advising investors on the most viable structure options for routing their investments in India, advising them on various exit strategies etc. He also regularly advises domestic and international clients on employment and FCRA laws.

Dushyant is a recommended lawyer by Legal 500 Asia Pacific, IFLR1000 and AsiaLaw Profile for corporate and private equity practice. He is also recommended as ‘Future Lawyer” by Indian Business Law Journal.

Prior to moving to TT&A in August 2022, Dushyant worked with AZB & Partners at their Delhi office for fourteen years.
