Shivranjani Ralawata is a partner in the Delhi office specializing in cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments, acquisitions, exits, join-ventures, restructuring of businesses and open offers. 

With 14 years of experience, she advised clients on a wide range of equity investments and transactions including advising clients on entry-level strategies and transaction structuring. She also advises clients on strategic disinvestments of public sector undertakings. 

She has experience advising across broad range of sectors including education, aviation, infrastructure, healthcare, information technology, financial services and renewable energy. 

Prior to moving to TT&A, Shivranjani worked with AZB & Partners at their Delhi office for nearly five years.
