TT&A acted as Indian law counsel to DFC in relation to an un-funded guaranty provided by DFC to the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (“HSBC”) for an amount of approximately USD 7.7 Million under the structured obligation regulations covered under the ECB Master Directions, in relation to the loans provided by HSBC to Healthvista India Limited and Medybiz Pharma Private Limited.
