TT&A advised Nomura and Tor Investment Management, in relation to investment in 55,000 INR denominated senior, secured, rated and listed non-convertible debentures with nominal value of INR 100,000 each aggregating to INR 5,50,00,00,000 (Debentures) issued by Century Silicon City Private Limited (the “Issuer”).

The proceeds of the Debentures have been used, inter alia, towards partial refinancing of the existing financial debt availed by Century Joint Developments Private Limited, a group company of the Issuer.
