Pragya Sood is a Partner in the banking and finance and project finance practice at TT&A. She has extensive experience advising on domestic and cross-border financing transactions across a broad range of sectors such as infrastructure, renewables, agriculture, financial services, electric vehicles and healthcare amongst others.

Pragya has over 12 years of experience in banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus on project finance and corporate financing transactions involving developmental financial institutions, multilaterals and commercial banks. She has advised on financing transactions under the external commercial borrowing and foreign portfolio investment routes and has significant experience in renewable energy sector financings and financings availed by non-banking financial companies.
