TT&A advised L Catterton Asia Advisors (“LCAT”) in its proposed investment in Drools Pet Food Private Limited (“Company”), the top local pet food company in India, for a total consideration of approximately US$ 60 million.

The Company will leverage LCAT’s expertise in the pet food sector to further strengthen its position as the largest domestic player in India’s burgeoning pet food market.
