Sachin Mehta is a Partner at TT&A and has over 20 years of experience. He possesses wide-ranging experience in advising multinational and Indian clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial laws with extensive experience in corporate advisory, mergers & acquisitions (including strategic, PE and VC) and white collar compliance and investigations. He advises some of the largest multinational corporations, private equity/venture capital funds and domestic conglomerates in relation to their investments/exits in India and his experience ranges across various sectors including telecommunications, media, technology, financial services, e-commerce, education, retail, healthcare, infrastructure, gaming, defence, F&B, insurance, etc. 

Sachin has also extensively advised various foreign and domestic clients on a number of white-collar & investigation matters (including strategy advise, internal investigations, review of forensic findings and advising on legal options etc). Sachin also regularly provides assistance to clients on general corporate advisory matters (including on regulatory matters and employment laws). 

He has been ranked by international journals like Chambers and Partners, Legal500, IFLR1000 and AsiaLaw Profile. Clients praise him for his sharp commercial understanding, ability to simplify complex legal issues and balanced, solutions-oriented advice. 

Prior to moving to TT&A in August 2022, Sachin was a partner at AZB & Partners, where he worked for 15 years (including as a partner for 8 years) prior to which he worked at Khaitan & Co for 2 years.
