Sachin Mehta possesses wide-ranging experience in advising multinational and Indian clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial laws. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions and has successfully assisted domestic as well as international clients in such deals. Sachin advises on formation and restructuring of a number of strategic joint ventures. He also advises private equity funds and venture capital companies (both Indian and offshore) in relation to a number of investments/exits in India. Sachin’s M&A experience ranges across various sectors including telecommunications, media, technology, retail, healthcare, infrastructure, education, defence, F&B, insurance, etc.

Sachin has been ranked by The Legal 500, Asia Pacific and IFLR1000 for corporate M&A practice area. He was also recognized as one of the top 50 lawyers in India and one of the top 50 TMT and Fintech lawyers by Asia Legal Business (Thomson Reuters).

Prior to moving to TT&A in August 2022, Sachin worked with AZB & Partners for 15 years.
