TT&A represented DSP Fund Managers IFSC Private Limited in securing merger approval from the CCI (through the Green Channel notification process) for migrating the investment portfolio of DSP Mauritius Fund to the GIFT Fund in GIFT City. The funds migration is being undertaken in line with the Indian Government’s initiative to promote GIFT City as a center for global sustainable finance.
