TT&A advised Standard Chartered Bank as the arranger in relation to issuance of 42,500 listed non-convertible debentures by Virtuous Tradecorp Private Limited. The NCDs are secured by pledge over certain listed shares, being shares of JSW Steel Limited, JSW Energy Limited and Jindal Steel and Power Limited.
