EXPERIENCE

Sonali Mahapatra heads the banking and finance practice at TT&A with wide experience in Indian and international financings across the financing spectrum.

Her market leading experience includes advising banks, alternative finance providers and borrowers on acquisition finance, structured finance, project and asset finance and trade finance in the domestic and international markets. She is regarded as a trusted adviser to a number of institutions and is the first port of call for complex, high-value structured finance deals.

Sonali has been awarded the Banking and Finance Lawyer of the Year, 2023 for APAC by AsiaLaw. Sonali is consistently recognised as “A” list lawyer in India by India Business Law Journal.
