TT&A acted as the Indian legal counsel to the joint bookrunners, namely Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., CLSA Limited, Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Standard Chartered Bank and the hedge counterparties, namely J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, National Association, Deutsche Bank AG, Mumbai Branch, Barclays Bank PLC, Standard Chartered Bank and RBL Bank Limited in relation to the issue and sale of Reg S / Rule 144A USD 540 million 7.11% Senior Secured Notes due 2032 by IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited (the “Issuer”).

TT&A also acted as Indian law advisors to the hedge banks engaged by the Issuer in relation to the issue of Notes.
