TT&A advised and acted for ORIX Corporation (ORIX) on its (i) investment in convertible notes issued by AM Green (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l, the parent company of AM Green B.V. (AMG); and (ii) sale of minority interest in Greenko Energy Holdings to AM Green Power B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of AMG.

TT&A corporate team conducted the due diligence on behalf of ORIX for the India-leg of the transaction.
