TT&A advised Neo Prime Fund, Neo Secondaries Fund and affiliated entities (collectively “Neo”) in connection with their investment in slice Small Finance Bank Limited (“Company”), through a combination of primary and secondary infusion. 

The investment was the first fund raise for slice after it was converted into a small finance bank and ranks among the larger late-stage investments in India’s fintech sector in recent years, indicating continued investor appetite in the fintech space.
