Pooja is a Partner in the Corporate practice at TT&A in Delhi.

Pooja Menon has over 10 years of experience in working on various equity and debt financing transactions. On the equity front, she has advised on mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity investments, with a focus on sectors such as fintech and financial services, insurance and renewable energy, and assisted with transaction structuring as well as general advisory. She has advised various multilateral financial institutions and development financial institutions such as Norfund, IFC, ADB and DEG as well as clients such as MUFG Bank, Blueleaf Energy, Enact, Zomato, Omnicom Group and Tata Motors.

Prior to moving to TT&A in August 2022, Pooja was at AZB & Partners, Delhi for 3 years.
