TT&A acted as the Indian law counsel to United States International Development Finance Corporation (“DFC”) in relation to the un-funded guaranty provided by DFC to the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (“HSBC”) for an amount of up to USD 10 Million under the structured obligations framework, in relation to the loans to be provided by HSBC to Punjab Renewable Energy Systems Private Limited and PRES Oorja Private Limited.
