TT&A is assisting DFC in its loan facility (by way of an external commercial borrowing) of up to USD 5,170,000 to ManiBhavnam Home Finance India Private Limited, a housing finance company. The loan will be supported by a personal guarantee from Mrs. Meghha Gupta a shareholder of ManiBhavnam Home Finance India Private Limited. 

TT&A is closely involved in all aspects of the transaction which include: (i) undertaking a legal due diligence of the borrower’s business; (ii) reviewing and finalizing the finance agreement and guaranty agreement and drafting and negotiating the security trustee agreement and deed of hypothecation; (iii) providing regulatory and corporate advice on any legal issues impacting the transaction; and (iv) assisting in the closing of the transaction
