TT&A advised The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and SACE S.p.A. in relation to external commercial borrowing of € 52,000,000 availed by Afcons Infrastructure Limited which was secured by way of a hypothecation over certain movable assets of the borrower and supported by a guarantee from SACE S.p.A.
