TT&A advised Tata Motors Limited in its follow-on investment in Freight Commerce Solutions Private Limited by way of a combination of primary investment of INR 120 crores through subscription to compulsorily convertible preference shares and secondary investment of around INR 14 crores through purchase of equity shares.
