TT&A advised Playbook India Fund II in its primary and secondary investment in Renee Cosmetics Private Limited for INR 180 crores. The round was led by Playbook, by way of subscription and purchase of equity shares, from certain existing shareholders including Mensa Brand Technologies Pte Ltd, 9Unicorns Accelerator Funds-I, Spotlights Consultants LLP.
