TT&A represented the Norwegian Government’s Investment Fund for Developing Countries (“Norfund”) with respect to Norfund’s investment of 49% stake in Gadag Transmission Limited (“Company”) through its subsidiary KNI INDIA AS. The Company is a subsidiary of ReNew Transmission Ventures Private Limited (“RTVPL”) and is engaged in the business of building and operating transmission infrastructure.
