TT&A advised MUFG Bank, Ltd in its acquisition of a minority stake in Girnar Insurance Brokers Private Limited (“GIBPL”), which is operating the InsuranceDekho platform, and Girnar Finserv Private Limited (“GFPL”), through a primary infusion. InsuranceDekho raised approximately USD 55 million in its Series-B round of fundraise which saw participation from other investors as well, including Beams Fintech Fund, Eurazeo, TVS Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Avataar Ventures.
