TT&A advised and assisted L Catterton in its investment into Connedit Business Solutions Private Limited that operates under the popular brand name “Farmley”, a new age healthy snacking brand which is the fastest-growing brand in its category by offering a diverse portfolio of wholesome, better-for-you snacks via its omnichannel distribution network for USD 42 million.The funding round also saw participation from existing investors in the Company including DSG Consumer Partners. 

The deal will help Farmley tap on untapped regional markets, developing cutting-edge product formulations that blend nutrition with exceptional taste, and leveraging advanced food technology to create snacks that truly nourish both the body and the palate.
