TT&A advised KNI India AS (“KNI”), an existing shareholder in Koppal-Narendra Transmission Limited (“KNTL”), in sale of its aggregate shareholding of 49% in KNTL to IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust (“IndiGrid”).

The acquisition will be funded through a combination of equity, internal accruals, and debt.
