TT&A advised JSW Energy Limited, through its subsidiary, JSW Neo Energy Limited, in an 100% acquisition of the share capital of Tidong Power Generation Power Limited from Statkraft IH Holding AS.

This acquisition adds to the hydroelectric generation capacity of JSW Energy. The acquisition of the project housed under the target entity shall significantly augment JSW’s capacity in the state of Himachal Pradesh and will help JSW Energy in achieving its renewable-led capacity growth target of 30 GW by FY 2030.
