TTA advised IFC in relation to an unsecured loan of upto USD 56 million provided to Global IME Bank Limited, a bank incorporated in Nepal. The proceeds of the loan are proposed to be utilized by the borrower to finance its lending operations to priority sector industries in Nepal (specifically, to women owned business and climate friendly projects).
