TT&A advised Asian Development Bank Ventures in its series C funding of USD 60 million raised by Euler Motors Private Limited

TT&A advised Asian Development Bank Ventures (ADBV), an existing shareholder in Euler Motors Private Limited (“Company”), in the Series C funding raised by the Company, which was led by GIC and in which various investors including Blume Ventures, Athera Venture Partners, QRG Investments and Holdings Limited and Mogli Labs (India) Private Limited participated.

The deal involved raising of Series C funding by the Company of approximately USD 60,000,000. The company aims to utilise the funds to scale up its manufacturing and supply chain infrastructure, accelerate product development and augment talent across key functions in the organization. Established in 2018, the company plans to expand its retail presence in 12 new markets by the end of this fiscal.
