TT&A advised IFC in its proposed equity investment in Artemis Medicare Services Limited (“Company”) by way of subscription to 33,000 fully paid compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs) of the Company on a private placement basis, for an aggregate amount of INR 3,300 million.
