TT&A advised Asian Development Bank (ADB) in relation to the definitive documentation with ABIS Exports India Private Limited (ABIS) pursuant to which ADB proposes to subscribe to non-convertible debentures up to USD $16 million (in equivalent Indian rupee) to be issued by ABIS, to support the construction of a micro fish feed plant training farmers in climate-resilient fish farming practices.
