TT&A acted as the Indian law counsel to United States International Development Finance Corporation (“DFC”) in relation to the un-funded guaranty provided by DFC to the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (“HSBC”) for an amount of approximately USD 10 Million under the structured obligation framework, in relation to the loans provided by HSBC to Aryadhan Financial Solutions Private Limited.
