TT&A advised Blue Leaf Energy India Investments Pte. Ltd. (“BLE”) on its 100% stake acquisition in Sanchore Renewable Private Limited (“SRPL”) from its existing shareholder, Virya Energy NV. SRPL owns and operates a 40 MW wind power asset in Belgaum, Karnataka, backed by a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with BESCOM.
