TT&A advised Setu AIF Trust, Konark Trust and MMPL Trust (collectively, “WestBridge”) in connection with its follow-on investment in Heisetasse Beverages Private Limited (“Third Wave Coffee”) as part of its Series D funding round for round of approximately INR 408 crore. 

WestBridge’s investment in Third Wave Coffee is strategically significant as it supports the company’s continued expansion across existing and new markets, scaling of its café network, and growth of adjacent categories such as desserts. The company currently operates over 240 cafés across India and plans to further expand its presence in both established and emerging markets.
