TT&A advised Barclays Bank PLC, Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Emirates NBD Bank PJSC and UBS AG Singapore Branch in connection with the issuance of US$ 300,000,000 7.55% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 by Capri Global Capital Limited under its US$ 1,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme. 

This marks the Issuer’s debut issuance of offshore dollar bonds under its GMTN Programme.
