TT&A advised Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, which acted as the broker on the secondary sale 16,581,180 equity shares of face value of ₹ 5 each amounting to approximately ₹ 6,380 million by Active Pine LLP (Affiliate of True North) in Biocon Limited which was undertaken on the screen-based trading platform of the BSE Limited and the NSE of India Limited.
