TT&A assisted IFC in its subscription to unlisted, rated, secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures of an amount of up to INR 8350 million issued by Infopark Properties Limited (“Issuer”) on a private placement basis. The proceeds of the subscription will be used by the Issuer to refinance its existing debt.
