TT&A is advising United States International Development Finance Corporation (“DFC”) in its loan facility by way of ECB to Yulu Bikes Private Limited.

TT&A is assisting DFC in its loan facility by way of an external commercial borrowing of up to USD 9 million to Yulu Bikes Private Limited (Yulu). The proceeds of this loan will be utilized by Yulu to finance the purchase of approximately 20,000 electric bikes to be deployed by it as rentals in India.
