TT&A is advising the BRLMs’  (Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, Axis Capital Limited, and IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited)), in an initial public offer of Rentomojo Limited (Company) for ₹ 1,500.00 million and Offer for Sale of up to 28,399,567 Equity Shares by certain existing shareholders of the Company. 

The Company is the largest online rental and subscription platform for home furniture and appliances based on live subscribers and amongst leading home furniture and appliance rental platforms in India and is the first online furniture and appliances subscription platform business to file for IPO in India. 

Company has been historically backed by marquee institutional investors including Accel India IV (Mauritius) Limited; ValueQuest S.C.A.L.E. Fund; Edelweiss Discovery Fund – Series I; Chiratae Growth Fund I; and IDG Ventures India Fund III LLC amongst others.
