TT&A advised Setu AIF Trust, Konark Trust, and MMPL Trust (collectively referred to as “WestBridge Capital”) in connection with its lead investment in the USD 30 million Series D funding round of Bluebear Technology Private Limited (operating under the popular trade name “Propelld”), an education-focused lending platform. The round is led by WestBridge Capital with participation from Stellaris Venture Partners.

This deal assumes importance as it is a significant funding round involving an Indian company that has promoted student’s access to education loans. This deal will allow Company to further grow in the domestic market and expand its reach to more students across the country.
