TT&A advised Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore branch, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Standard Chartered Bank (acting as the joint managers) in relation to the issue of USD 300,000,000 10.25% guaranteed senior bonds due 2028 and USD 500,000,000 11.25% guaranteed senior bonds due 2031 (the “Bonds”) by Vedanta Resources Finance II PLC, a subsidiary of Vedanta Resources Limited.

The proceeds of the Bonds were utilized by the Issuer to repay its outstanding USD bonds and related transaction costs.
