TT&A advised the investor and debenture trustee in relation to issuance of senior, taxable, redeemable, listed, and rated non-convertible debentures, aggregating to INR 320,00,00,000, by Data Infrastructure Trust. The issuer is registered as an infrastructure investment trust under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, and this is the first listed bond issuance by this InvIT.
