TT&A advised Sumitomo Corporation in its potential collaboration with TruAlt Bioenergy Limited in operating TruAlt Gas Private Limited (“Company”) as a joint venture company for the purpose of developing and setting up compressed biogas plants, and proposed acquisition by Sumitomo of 49% of the share capital of the Company.

The deal pertains to formation of a joint venture by Sumitomo and TBL for production of compressed biogas and associated by products, and acquisition by Sumitomo of 49% stake in the Company from its existing shareholder of the Company.
