TT&A advised Citibank, JP Morgan and MUFG as mandated lead arrangers and underwriters (“MLAUBs”) in relation to the USD 12 billion bridge facility to be availed by an offshore subsidiary of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (“Sun Pharma”) for the acquisition of Organon & Co. 

This is the largest overseas acquisition by an Indian pharmaceutical company. This strategic move will make Sun Pharma one of the top 25 global drug companies, significantly expanding its portfolio in women’s health and biosimilars.
