TT&A advised Neysa in an investment of upto USD 1.2 billion by Blackstone, alongside other co-investors. This funding provides a material impetus to Neysa’s planned scale-up and deployment of over 20,000 GPUs in India, helping to enable the country’s AI revolution.

Other equity investors in this transaction to include, TVS Capital, 360 ONE Assets, and Nexus Venture Partners. DC Advisory served as lead financial advisor to Neysa. TT&A also advised Nexus Vaenture Partners.

This is expected to be the biggest round raised by any AI-native startup in India, coinciding with the commencement of the AI Impact Summit this week.
