TT&A advised SVL SME Fund (Neev Fund II) (“Neev”) and Aavishkaar India Fund VI, (“Aavishkaar”) in connection with their investment of up to USD 20 million in the Series A funding round of Neogeoinfo Technologies Limited, a geospatial technology company. The investment was by way of a primary subscription to compulsorily convertible preference shares and equity shares.

This deal is significant as it is the first institutional funding round for the Neogeoinfo Technologies Limited and will allow it to further expand into international markets, while continuing to contribute to the role of geospatial data in governance, infrastructure development, and disaster management in India.
