TT&A successfully represented Match Group in its complaint against Google for anti-competitive conduct. Match Group and its portfolio companies own leading dating apps such as Tinder, Hinge, OKCupid, to name a few.

TT&A also successfully represented Match before the Karnataka High Court, in relation to writ proceedings initiated by Google challenging the CCI’s case and procedures. The writ proceedings in July 2022 were dismissed by the Karnataka High Court, without any relief granted to Google. Oct, 2022, Competition.

The matter has won the award for Behavioural Matter of the Year 2023 in Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa by Global Competition Review.
