TT&A advised Jefferies India Private Limited, the broker on the secondary sale of up to 28,640,138 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each in Adani Green Energy Limited by TotalEnergies Renewables Indian Ocean Ltd. The sale was done by way of one or more share sales on the screen-based trading platform of the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited amounting to approximately INR 2,800 crore (approximately USD 350 million).
