TT&A advised Jefferies India Private Limited, the broker on the secondary sale of up to 1,64,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each in Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. The sale was done by way of one or more share sales on the screen-based trading platform of the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited amounting to approximately Rs 6,256 crore (approximately USD 700 million).
